Photography is a bit of thing here at Excellimore Towers. Perhaps it’s an acceptable mode of artistic expression for us introverted techie types…


We have a Lunch & Learn a couple of times a month, and Roger decided that rather than research something technical he would develop a film for us, right here, in the office.
So, working blind inside a darkroom bag, Roger took the film from a cassette, loaded it into the spiral and then into the developing tank.
He mixed up his developer solution from instant coffee and Vitamin C (it smells foul), explained the process while agitating the tank to develop, stop, fix and wash the film, and finally hung it up to dry.
